Chef, creative and restauranteur Rik, created the award winning brewery First Chop. Rik is passionate about making beer accessible to all and is leading the way on gluten free craft beer production.
Gareth is an actor, comedian, writer and mental health advocate. He was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 1984 and has Intestinal Failure or Short Gut Syndrome. Gareth identifies as a disabled performer and has had roles on Coronation Street, Dr Who and Eastenders.
Laura is a dietitian and health writer who has specialist experience in IBS, gut health and weight management to name a few. Laura is a monthly columnist for Women’s Health Magazine and a co-host of the Gut Loving Podcast which educates and empowers those living with IBS.
Sam Wilkinson, known for her platform Chronically Successful, is an invisible illness and disability advocate. She has Crohn's disease and Bile Acid Malabsorption. Sam also works to help employers be inclusive and supportive with her knowledge and experience as a business psychologist.
Acushla works for Irise, an organisation that believes no one should be held back by their period. They work in the U.K and east Africa to ensure that all people who have periods can reach their fill potential. Acushla also suffers from bowel and bladder conditions and strives to make an inclusive world for everyone.
Katherine Alcock is an actor, writer and professional tour guide who works for London Loo Tours; ‘the alternative to the bog standard London tour’. She is one of three Loo Ladies who guides keen tourists around London's most interesting toilets.
Elaine Miller is a comedian, writer and pelvic physiotherapist. She has an award winning comedy show Gusset Grippers that features a 5ft 4 singing Vulva and an upcoming podcast Get a Grip.
Venus is an acclaimed illustrator, presenter and patriarchy fighter. After her diagnosis of Endometriosis Venus used her drawings to express the pain she was feeling and the body she wanted to celebrate which led to her working with Tatty Devine, Bodyform and plenty more.
Lauren is the founder of Girl Vs Cancer after her own diagnosis of breast cancer in 2016. Lauren has also set up the incredible Time to Chat Shit Campaign along with fellow BBC podcaster Deborah James for Bowel Cancer Awareness Month.

Fenwa is a board certified Urologist who specialises in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. Fenwa has taken to social media to educate people on urological health, black history and modern day micro-aggressions in medicine.
